Part-Time Payroll Specialist (Temporary – Onsite)

Location : Hollywood, FL

Pay Rate : $27.00 – $30.00 per hour

Schedule : Approximately 20 hours per week (Onsite)

Duration : ~2 months (Leave of Absence coverage)

Overview :

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Part-Time Payroll Specialist to provide support for our client during a leave of absence. This is a temporary onsite position based in Hollywood, FL, offering a steady 20-hour workweek for approximately two months. The ideal candidate will have solid payroll processing experience, advanced Excel skills, and a working knowledge of Kronos (UKG). Experience with Lawson is a plus.

Key Responsibilities :

• Accurately process payroll in compliance with company policies and timelines.
• Maintain and audit employee records for accuracy and compliance.
• Use Excel to track, analyze, and reconcile payroll data.
• Support payroll reporting and assist with adjustments or discrepancies.
• Collaborate with HR and Accounting teams as needed.
