This position is responsible for developing and executing advertising programs and monetization strategies for T-Ads and its clients. The Advertising Operations Manager is a skilled practitioner in monetization techniques and their application via execution and enablement platforms within the T-Ads advertising stack. As part of the Media Monetization Strategy & Success organization, they work collaboratively across the organization to achieve the best outcomes through execution excellence. For this role, they will support both external retail partners and their brands as clients of the 3P RMN Network, responsible for overall network health and performance, as well as the success of individual advertising campaigns running on the network.

Job Responsibilities

  • Build and execute monetization strategies utilizing first and third-party platforms to maximize yield and / or achieve client outcomes with digital media.
  • Function as a skilled practitioner on advertising and monetization products across the T-Ads portfolio.
  • Identify product gaps and poor performance through data analysis and troubleshooting opportunities, escalating appropriately through internal channels to reach external partners.
  • Utilize best practices for monetization products to achieve business and / or client goals consistently.
  • Support internal stakeholders and client-facing teams through communication of performance and opportunities for improvement.
  • Assess and resolve monetization issues, discrepancies, and technical challenges, ensuring minimal disruption to performance and client satisfaction.
  • Gain and maintain overall industry knowledge, product expertise, and best practices. Share knowledge formally and informally with team members and the larger T-Ads organization.
  • Support execution of campaigns on emerging media channels and new media products.
  • Support client-facing teams in translating client needs and KPI goals into actionable campaign executions and providing insights and education on campaign performance where needed.
  • Work with internal stakeholders to identify new monetization opportunities and operational efficiencies to be captured through product updates and process changes.
  • Monitor and maximize inventory utilization for 3P Retailer Networks.

Education and Work Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Advertising, Marketing, STEM (Required)
  • 2-4 years of Ad Operations experience in a publisher or an advertising agency.
  • Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Strategic Thinking : Capable of analyzing results and providing strategic plans to drive business growth (Required)
  • Advertising Knowledge : Understanding of the advertising industry as well as opinions and projections for its future (Required)
  • Licenses and Certifications

  • One or more of : DMP, SSP, DSPs relevant certification; Google Ad Manager certification, The Trade Desk programmatic ads certification, etc. (Required)
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States

    Base Pay Range : $66,400 - $119,800

    Corporate Bonus Target : 10%

    The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The actual pay will be based on factors such as work location, qualifications, and experience, and starting pay will vary within this range.
