We are currently hiring a Workers’ Compensation Claims Associate to join our locally owned and operated organization. In this role, you’ll be part of a team that administers self-insurance risk pools - an alternative to traditional insurance products.

Position Summary

As a Workers’ Compensation Claims Associate, you will :

Conduct investigations and assessments to determine claim validity
Work closely with injured workers to guide them through the claims process
Collect, review, and maintain proper documentation and records
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and internal procedures

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree

Strong computer skills

Attention to detail and excellent communication skills

Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion
