We are looking for an EHS Manager to lead and design and implementation of environmental, health, and safety systems for our new manufacturing facility. This role is critical to ensuring a safety start-up and fostering a strong safety culture from day one in support of our mission to safely produce cooling and infrastructure solutions for data centers.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement EHS policies, procedures, and training programs for a new manufacturing site.
• Ensure compliance with federal safety, and local environmental, safety, and health regulations.
• Lead job hazard analysis, risk assessments, and incident investigations.
• Create and deliver safety orientation and training for all new hires and contractors.
• Design and implement environmental management systems (i.e. waste handling, emissions, reporting).
• Conduct audits, inspections, and corrective actions to drive a safety and compliant workplace.
• Partner with leadership and employees to build a proactive, behavior-based safety culture.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
