A company is looking for a Learning Experience Design Manager to design and develop virtual learning resources for clients.
Key Responsibilities
Lead curriculum development and instructional design for various product lines and initiatives
Manage large-scale training projects from discovery through delivery, including project budgets and participants
Analyze client training feedback to improve content and ensure learning experiences meet compliance standards
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 6 years' experience in a learning and development role, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Experience in an Agile development environment
Proficiency in eLearning software and graphic design tools
Skilled in project management across multiple learning initiatives
Familiarity with LMS-supported content types and basic administrative operations
