We are actively seeking talented Senior Associates and Associate Attorneys to join our growing practice.

Job Details

We represent a broad spectrum of clients in high-stakes civil litigation matters, with a focus on complex disputes that require strategic, responsive legal representation. Our civil litigation team handles cases involving :

General liability defense (e.g., slip and fall, premises liability, personal injury)

Tort and negligence claims, including intentional torts and catastrophic injury cases

Professional liability and malpractice defense (including E&O claims)

Employment-related litigation (wage & hour, discrimination, wrongful termination)

Construction defect and construction-related disputes

Insurance defense and coverage litigation

Products liability and property damage

Duties :

Work hybrid remote

Manage all phases of civil litigation from inception through resolution, including strategy, pleadings, discovery, depositions, motion practice, and trial preparation

Draft and argue dispositive motions, including motions for summary judgment

Represent clients in mediations, arbitrations, hearings, and trials

Collaborate with partners and staff to ensure efficient, high-quality legal services

Handle a wide range of matters, which may include medical malpractice, nursing home defense, insurance coverage disputes, pharmaceutical liability, and equitable relief proceedings, just to name a few

Looking For :

J.D. and licensed to practice in New Jersey

Minimum 2 years of experience with civil litigation

Prior experience with one or more of the above practice areas
