Job Summary :

We are seeking an energetic, style-savvy Fashion Sales Associate with a strong interest in marketing and brand storytelling. The ideal candidate is passionate about fashion, customer experience, and creative brand promotion. As our Berno & Accessories Sales Associate, you will operate a new In Store Experience for us, a patch bar. Customers will be invited to add heat transfer Patches to their ski wear and accessories. You’ll be the point person for the machine operation, stock and collecting customer feedback.

Key Responsibilities :

Sales & Customer Experience

  • Deliver exceptional, personalized customer service while driving individual store and Berno sales goals.
  • Maintain deep knowledge of the Berno collection and product details, be the expert on the brand and the Patch Bar experience.
  • Build lasting customer relationships through one-on-one styling, Customer service and follow-up communication.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards throughout the store and the Patch Bar display.
  • Keep the patch bar properly stocked with supplies and inventory.
  • Greet customers as they enter the store
  • Provide proactive and thoughtful Customer Service. Suggestive Sell when appropriate.
  • Complete ownership of the Patch bar.
  • Operate the Patch machine. Assist customers with patch selection and placement decisions
  • Capture customer feedback and trends to inform marketing and merchandising strategies.
  • Support brand storytelling by sharing product knowledge and brand story with customers and co workers.

Operational Excellence

  • Process transactions efficiently using the POS system.
  • Help with receiving, steaming, and restocking merchandise.
  • Keep the store environment clean, organized, and reflective of the brand’s aesthetic.
  • Execute daily operational tasks.

    • Qualifications :

  • 1+ years of experience in fashion retail or customer-facing roles.
  • Strong fashion sense and understanding of industry trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-starter with a collaborative spirit and a creative eye.

    • Flexible schedule including weekends and evenings as needed.
