BURN BOOT CAMP CULTURE

POSITION OVERVIEW
Own the day-to-day excellence of Burn Boot Camp’s fitness product—from programming standards to equipment standards—and manage the tools, content, and processes that make our Camps more effective at scale.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Programming & Standards
- Translate the progressive overload calendar and collaborate with VP of Fitness to design mesocycle structure annually.
- Collaborate with VP of Fitness to create daily programming and create weekly protocol for the franchise system that follows current processes.
- Content owner for all system exercise standards, workout standards, pregnancy standards, etc.
- Collaborates with Learning & Development team for Trainer Manual and executes system updates.
- Collaborate with Leaning & Development team on Trainer certification, content and competencies.
Equipment & Standards
Collaborate with the VP of Fitness on the equipment roadmap.Run equipment testing that follows processes to introduce net new equipment.Build exercise library with new equipment under guidance from leader.Collaborate with Construction & Design on inventory and procuring new equipment.Events : Athlete & Member Games
Define workout standards and on-site fitness Quality Assurance.Collaborate with the Events team to adhere to workout timelines, counter standards, etc.Qualifications
3-5+ years in fitness product / programming, strength & conditioning, or boutique group training.Holds a current CPT, Certified Personal Training certification.Demonstrated experience writing movement standards and safety SOPs.Strong ability to communicate on camera effectively : planning and running filming exercise / workout breakdowns, post-production workflows, and content libraries.
