Accounting / Bookkeeping Position
Perform account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records.
Enter and migrate data into the new bookkeeping software (transitioning from QuickBooks).
Provide administrative support, including managing emails and conducting follow-ups.
Assist with the preparation and organization of paperwork.
Support marketing efforts by helping with mailers and flyers.
Proven experience in bookkeeping.
Administrative support experience.
Strong practical judgment and problem-solving skills.
Clear and effective communication abilities.
Proactive approach with the confidence to ask questions when needed.
Perfectly working headset and webcam.
Stable internet connection of at least 5 Mbps to 15 Mbps.
Up to date computer system with a minimum of Windows 8 or Mac OS X.
Quiet room with no distractions or background noises.
A backup plan if the power goes out or if your internet connection becomes unstable during your shift.
