Key Responsibilities

Take ownership of customer service delivery across various services

Oversee incident, problem, and change management processes

Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a Customer First strategy

Required Qualifications

8+ years in customer-facing roles such as Technical Account Manager or Service Delivery Manager

Fluent in English and Spanish; Portuguese is a plus

Experience with service providers or cloud resellers supporting enterprise clients

ITIL Foundation certification (V4 preferred); PMP, Agile, or Six Sigma are assets

Strong organizational ability to manage competing customer demands
