Director Of Field Marketing Wanted

Build a team. Crush the streets. Earn big.

Location : Nashville, TN

Compensation : $50,000 base + uncapped commissions + performance bonuses

Realistic earnings : $75K$100K year 1 | $150K$250K+ year 2

We're looking for a field generalsomeone who knows how to rally a squad, dominate the day, and turn raw energy into real results.

What you'll be doing :

  • Recruit, train, and lead a high-energy door-to-door canvassing team
  • Set performance goals and hold the team accountable
  • Be in the fieldleading by example, not from behind a desk
  • Create a culture of competition, growth, and ownership

What it takes :

  • Door-to-door sales or canvassing experience
  • Leadership instincts and a no-excuses attitude
  • Confidence, energy, and the ability to inspire others
  • A desire to grow fast and get paid for performancenot time
