Resurface Incorporated is looking for skilled and dependable Concrete / Asphalt Workers , Roller Man , and Lute Man to join our growing asphalt team. If you’ve got experience in heavy equipment operation, a strong work ethic, and take pride in getting the job done right, we want to hear from you. Positions Available Asphalt Laborers / Operators Concrete Laborers / Finishers / Form Setters Crew Leaders / Foremen (experience required) Job Responsibilities Assist with grading, forming, pouring, finishing, and paving operations. Operate small tools and equipment (rollers, skid steers, saws, tampers, etc.). Work safely around heavy equipment and moving vehicles. Maintain a clean and organized job site. Follow instructions from the foreman or supervisor and work as part of a team. Requirements Experience in asphalt or concrete construction preferred (we will train motivated workers). Reliable transportation to and from job sites. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions. Strong work ethic and attention to detail. Valid driver’s license preferred.
