The Housing & MS Business Office Coordinator p erforms clerical and support duties for the Housing Ministry and Accounting Department.
What will I do as a Housing & MS Business Office Coordinator with Genacross?
Monitors incoming phone calls to VP for Home and Community Based Services and Sr. VP for Operations and Finance.Assists with fleet management, cellphone management, and other operational reports as necessary.Maintains Sr. VP for Operations and Finance calendar and schedulingComplete all assigned tasks in a timely manner.Maintains orderly and consistent system of recordkeeping including computer and paper files.Creates and maintains a calm, warm positive atmosphere of personal interest.Treats residents, residents' family members, visitors and fellow employees with courtesy, respect and dignity.Adheres to established employee policies.Maintains confidentiality regarding corporate and resident matters.Performs unscheduled administrative tasks as directed.Operates computer, fax, copier and related office equipment.Performs other related duties as required.Releases information in accordance with established policies.Keep housing site binders and electronic files updated with ongoing changes.Review daily / weekly / monthly reporting from housing site staff and tie to operations database systems.Complete monthly ACH invoices and monthly rent recording in Site Manager database system and communicate with accounting & operations monthly to correct discrepancies.Monitor Housing invoice email inbox and code site invoices for processing.Work with Housing leadership to track monthly R4R submissions and excess cash projects.Review UKG weekly and work with housing leadership to correct missed punches and missing approvals.Assists in corporate compliance record keeping with Sr. VP for Operations and Finance.Report complaints / grievances to the Management.Housing & MS Business Office Coordinator Requirements :
High School and / or associate degree with working knowledge of computers and work processing.Must be knowledgeable in the use of computers, data input / output, word processing etc.Must have patience, tact, cheerful disposition and enthusiasm in relation to clients, staff, visitors and the public, whether on the phone or in person.Must be knowledgeable in clerical duties and the use of equipment related to such duties.Must be able to follow written and oral instructions.Genacross strives to improve the lives of everyone, including our Team Members, who daily enrich the lives of our residents, patients, clients & colleagues.
