What You'll Do :
- Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
- Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
- Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
- Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
- Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
Responsibilities :
Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding to emergencies when appropriate.Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the financial institution's premises and surrounding perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.Observe and report any unusual activity or security-related incidents to the appropriate Allied Universal personnel and / or client representatives.Assist with access control by monitoring entrances and exits, verifying credentials, and helping to maintain authorized entry to restricted areas.Support emergency response efforts by following site-specific procedures and coordinating with Allied Universal management and / or local authorities as needed.Maintain detailed and accurate logs of patrols, incidents, and other security-related activities as required by site protocols.What We're Looking For :
