What this job involves
This is a full-time, in-office position (not hybrid). The Facility Ambassador will serve as the sole on-site point of contact for all Client employee inquiries, issues, ticket management, troubleshooting, and feedback related to workplace services. This role requires sound judgment, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to build rapport quickly with diverse stakeholders.
Your day to day : Workplace Operations
- Deliver ambassador services aligned with SLAs, standard processes, brand image, and local regulations.
- Conduct routine site walkthroughs to ensure the office is clean, organized, and aesthetically pleasing.
- Manage multiple priorities with agility, maintaining momentum in a dynamic environment.
- Support data collection, analysis, and reporting to align with Client goals.
- Continuously improve service performance through proactive, solutions-oriented thinking.
- Manage ticketing and follow-up via CMMS system; dispatch work requests and resolve outstanding issues.
- Coordinate site operations in accordance with policies, procedures, and contract scope.
- Assist in vendor procurement and relationship management; validate invoices and track work order completion.
- Respond to shifting needs with professionalism, positively impacting employee and guest experience.
Relationship Management
Cultivate strong relationships with Client, JLL representatives, and service providers.Support Facility Management and Engineering teams with budget requests, financial reporting, and purchasing.Conduct service delivery assessments to ensure compliance with SLAs and performance metrics.Identify cost-saving opportunities and contribute to account savings goals.Provide guest and visitor support with energy and professionalism.Assist with building services including janitorial, food service, vending, badging, furnishings, and equipment.Coordinate events, meetings, and conference room logistics.Act as a collaborative problem-solver in spontaneous or unique situations.Support audits and tactical planning for regional facilities goals.Maintain compliance with service agreements and contribute to high client satisfaction scores.Safety & Compliance
Identify and mitigate safety hazards through proactive assessments.Maintain compliance with all safety procedures and local ordinances.Complete required safety trainings and ensure proper storage and disposal of materials.Support JLL audit and compliance standards across facility, financial, and operational domains.Serve as on-site point of contact during emergencies or after-hours situations.Additional Duties

Skills & Requirements :
1-3 years minimum prior relevant experience in hospitality within an office class-A building environment, vendor management, facility / property managementExceptional customer service skills and professionalism with a passion for customer serviceAbility to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environmentHighly collaborative with strong interpersonal skills and track record of excellent internal and external customer serviceAbility to work independently strong prioritization and time management skillsAbility to work with diverse teams lead and / or follow; respectful, cooperative, accountableExcellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate professionallyExcellent organizational skills and process managementAbility to adapt to new devices, technology, and applicationsLocation : On-site Plano, TX
