We have an immediate need for an HVAC Service Technician! This position will perform residential, light commercial, and on demand service and routine maintenance.

    • Position : HVAC Service Technician

    Pay : $25.00 to $35.00 per hour, depending on experience

    Work Schedule : Monday through Friday, 7 : 30am - 4 : 30pm, with on-call rotation every 6 weeks

    What you will be doing :

  • Dispatched to calls by our expertly trained in-house dispatcher
  • Service / maintenance / repair of residential and light commercial heating and air conditioning systems
  • Consulting customers on repair or replacement options as needed
  • Educating customers on new technology and IAQ accessories
  • Testing and balancing systems
  • Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints
  • Providing the customer with high-quality experience

    • Qualifications :

  • Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
  • 2 years of residential HVAC Service experience or combination of education and experience
  • EPA Universal Certification
  • Familiar with a wide range of equipment and troubleshooting techniques
  • Advanced customer service skills
  • Knowledge of air balancing principles and techniques
  • Ability to consult on customer complaints and give solutions that are beneficial for customer as well as company
  • Verbal and written communication skills
  • Professional appearance
  • Certificate of completion from a HVAC Technical School desired
  • High school diploma or its equivalent
