Key Responsibilities :

• AI Strategy & Vision

Define and lead an enterprise-wide AI strategy aligned with business goals and regulatory frameworks

Collaborate with product development teams to embed AI into the product development lifecycle

Oversee pilot projects and proof-of-concepts to demonstrate AI value

Partner with data teams to ensure data quality, availability, and governance for AI initiatives

Build and lead an agile AI team in collaboration with cross-functional leaders; upskill internal talent through training and mentorship

Establish AI governance policies and frameworks to ensure responsible, transparent and ethical AI use

Act as a thought leader and internal evangelist for AI, educating executive leadership and cross-functional teams

Our compensation program includes base salary and a cash-based incentive program supporting our pay-for-performance philosophy. Employees at the level of Director and above are eligible to receive stock awards as part of their annual compensation package. We provide a comprehensive benefits package with immediate eligibility including medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, and adoption benefits. Parental leave is available after one year. Optional employee-paid programs include supplemental life insurance, critical illness, hospital indemnity and accident insurance. Employees are immediately eligible to participate in the 401(k) plan with company matching contributions. We provide 80 hours (10 days) of company designated holidays per year plus an annual allotment of paid time off.
