OBGYN opening in Quincy, IL Located in Quincy, 2hrs to St. Louis Full Time Position Job Details : A well-established group is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible OB / GYN to join a thriving practice due to planned retirements and provider transitions. This is a great opportunity to walk into a busy, OB-heavy practice with longevity among both providers and nursing staff.Employed position with hospital-connected office via sky bridgeBalanced mix : ~50 / 50 OB and GYN (open to 60 / 40)Average 1200 births per year (750 by group providers)5 LDR rooms (4 with tubs), 2 C-section rooms, and 3 labor roomsHigh-risk and pediatric cases transferred to Cardinal Glennon or Children’s in St. LouisGroup currently includes 4 OB / GYN physicians and 2 NPsCall : 1 in 4 weekdays, 1 in 8 weekendsIn-house CRNA supportDa Vinci Xi robot (upgraded 2020)Transitioning to Epic in Spring 2026Laborist group (OBHG) onsite and can assist with GYN if neededCompensation & Benefits : Salary : $375,000 (new grads) / $400,000 (3+ years' experience)Productivity bonus potentialSign-on bonus : $50,000Student loan forgiveness : up to $150,000Comprehensive benefits packageAbout the Area : Located in a friendly and family-oriented community within driving distance of St. Louis, the area offers a high quality of life, affordable cost of living, and excellent schools.
