Betts Industries | Warren, PA

Betts Industries is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to lead our accounting team and ensure accurate, timely financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Oversee all accounting functions, including bookkeeping, tax accounting, fixed asset management, credit / collections, cost accounting, and AP / AR.
  • Maintain the General Ledger and prepare monthly / annual financial statements and reports.
  • Analyze financial data and provide insights on General Ledger accounts.
  • Manage Accounts Payable, Costing, and Credit functions, ensuring proper procedures and staffing.
  • Compile weekly payroll information and calculate Profit Sharing payments (April & October).
  • Support special projects, production goal reporting, and inventory accounting within the ERP system.
  • Ensure strong internal controls and meet deadlines with minimal exceptions.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting (preferred).
  • 5+ years of full-cycle accounting experience, ideally in manufacturing.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
  • Proven ability to work independently and lead a team.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
