Brief Summary / Primary Purpose of the Job : Under the direct supervision of the VP / CFO, the Office Assistant will provide general support for CA Headquarters and carry out office duties and related tasks for the Company.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
Oversee logistic activities for the office including ordering materials and replenishing supplies (CA & GA).
Safeguard office breakroom upkeep and perform other office duties (skilled or unskilled) as assigned by immediate supervisor.

Proficient communication skills, interpersonal skills, and the ability to multi-task.

Good working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point.

Individual must have the capacity to make sound Monday-Friday 8 : 00am to 5 : 00pm Pay rate-$21-$23 per hour DOE
