Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer service while helping customers navigate HR technology challengesEngage with customers to understand their business requirements and deliver effective solutionsSupport multiple customers concurrently on short-duration projectsConduct research and deliver consulting services, including configuration guidance and feature adoption workshopsTroubleshoot product configurations to meet customer business needsQualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Capital Management software and consulting, specifically in PayrollAt least 3 years of Workday Consulting experience or as a Workday Subject Matter Expert (SME)Proven understanding of HR-related systems and processesExcellent verbal and written communication skillsBachelor's degree or related experience requiredPreferred Qualifications
