job_description.job_card.job_descriptionProvide excellent customer service while helping customers navigate HR technology challenges Engage with customers to understand their business requirements and deliver effective solutions Support multiple customers concurrently on short-duration projects Conduct research and deliver consulting services, including configuration guidance and feature adoption workshops Troubleshoot product configurations to meet customer business needs Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Capital Management software and consulting, specifically in Payroll At least 3 years of Workday Consulting experience or as a Workday Subject Matter Expert (SME) Proven understanding of HR-related systems and processes Excellent verbal and written communication skills Bachelor's degree or related experience required Experience with global implementations Certified or ability to certify in Workday HCM products Strong critical thinking skills for understanding complex technical issues Ability to influence and collaborate with senior leaders
