2nd Shift CNC Setup / Operator Details :

  • Temp-to-Hire position
  • $17.50 / hour
  • Full Time work available
  • Second Shift (Monday through Thursday from 03 : 30pm to 02 : 00am)

    • We’re seeking dependable, detail-oriented individuals to join the 2nd shift as CNC Setup / Operators. This position involves setting up, operating, and monitoring CNC machines to produce high-quality wire and metal parts to exact specifications.

  • Set up and operate CNC machines to produce precision parts
  • Read and interpret blueprints and work instructions
  • Measure and inspect finished products for accuracy
  • Perform machine adjustments and basic troubleshooting as needed
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area and follow all safety standards

    • 2nd Shift CNC Setup / Operator Qualifications :

  • Previous CNC setup and operation experience required
  • Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.)
  • Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs as needed
  • Reliable attendance and solid work ethic
  • Applicant may be subject to a background check
