About the Opportunity

We're building the creative studio we always wanted to work at - fast-moving, design-led, and trusted by the best in tech. In just a short time, we've gone from zero to partnering with Amazon, top VCs, and some of the most ambitious startups out there.

Now we're looking for a Visual Designer to help shape how tomorrow's companies launch and scale their brands. You'll join a small, focused team working across identities, websites, and marketing design - creating high-impact work that defines how startups show up in the world.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the translation of creative briefs into innovative brand systems, websites, and marketing assets
  • Develop and present multiple design concepts, balancing speed and iteration with high-level craft
  • Drive decisions on layout, typography, and imagery to shape cohesive brand stories
  • Partner closely with creative directors, strategists, and cross-functional teams to elevate design outcomes
  • Build visual coherence across deliverables for clients and internal projects

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in visual, brand, or digital design (agency, startup, or studio preferred)
  • A strong portfolio that demonstrates exceptional visual craft in brand and digital design
  • Ability to design innovative visuals with a modern, tech-oriented style that resonates with ambitious startups
  • Sharp eye for typography, color, composition, and visual hierarchy
  • Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, plus a willingness to learn new tools
  • Strong sense of ownership - you take initiative and can function independently while collaborating closely with a team
  • Experience thriving in fast-paced, client-facing environments

  • Marketing design experience across campaigns, social, or advertising
