Entry Level Semi-Conductor Assembler

Overview

CAES By Honeywell, in San Jose, CA is seeking an Assembler to work in the Module Assembly Area.

Responsibilities

• Novice in at least two of the following skills : wire bonding, gap welding, eutectic die attach, epoxy attach. Be able to handle devices and other small components using tweezers under a microscope.
• Work under the guidance of a cell lead or another higher level assembler, take ownership for quality and learn to make continual improvements.
• Participate in meetings, occasionally make suggestions and partner with the team to meet daily production goals.
• Maintain a neat and orderly work area.
• Ability to work under a microscope 8 hours per day.
• Effectively communicate in English and read work instructions. Knowledge of MIL-STD criteria preferred.

Salary and Benefits

Salary Range : $19.00 - $23.00 hourly (Level I). Applicable pay within the posted range may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographical location, job function of the position, education, and experience of the successful candidate.
