The Opportunity

We're expanding in the Mountain West and need a Sales Development Representative to own new-logo growth across the West / Central US. You'll quarterback deals from first outreach to signed contract, working hand-in-glove with marketing, product, and exec leadership. This is a high-visibility role with a clear path to building—and leading—your own team as we accelerate.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the Territory. Craft and execute a territory plan laser-focused on mid-market and enterprise SaaS, fintech, and manufacturing accounts.
  • Hunt & Close. Source pipeline via outbound, partners, events, and inbound, then run the full cycle—discovery, demo, value justification, negotiation, close.
  • Sell the Mission. Translate messy compliance pain points into a clear ROI for CISOs, CTOs, and Compliance leaders.
  • Tell the Story. Deliver compelling demos and board-ready business cases that make "do nothing" impossible.
  • Partner to Win. Team with marketing, solutions engineering, and customer success to ensure smooth hand-offs and wow-factor onboarding.
  • Crush the Number. Hit and exceed quarterly and annual quotas—then help raise the bar.
  • Shape the Future. Mentor rising reps, refine our GTM playbook, and influence product roadmaps with on-the-ground feedback.

What You Bring

  • 8+ years of B2B software sales, 5+ years in cybersecurity, compliance, or adjacent SaaS.
  • Proven record of smashing quota in complex, multi-stakeholder deals ($50K–$500K ACV).
  • Fluency in SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, NIST—or the curiosity and hustle to master them fast.
  • Boardroom-worthy communication and negotiation chops.
  • Experience guiding technical evaluations (POCs, security reviews, legal) to fast decisions.
  • Leadership mindset—whether you've managed people already or are eager for that next step.
  • Based in (or ready to move to) the Lehi-Silicon Slopes ecosystem.
  • Bachelor's in Business, Tech, or related field; MBA a plus.
