We’re looking for 3 driven, people-first Sales Consultants to join our Riverside Ford team in Tulsa.

  • Requirements

    Responsibilities :

  • Be the face of the Ford brand—guide clients through a seamless purchase experience from hello to handshake and beyond.
  • Build and manage your own book of business—farming leads, prospecting new opportunities, and turning satisfied buyers into loyal advocates.
  • Master our CRM, appraisal, and service drive tools to ensure every client touchpoint is exceptional.
  • Execute your own business plan while collaborating with the F&I and accounting teams to keep deals moving forward.
  • Stay current on manufacturer programs, market trends, and inventory to always bring the best offers to the table.
  • Meet or exceed performance standards in areas like CSI, vehicle delivery, finance product sales, and more.

  • Experience in automotive sales is great, but attitude, energy, and follow-through are everything .
