    • Position Overview :

  • The Field Service Coordinator ensures efficient field operations by managing schedules, communicating with customers, and providing essential support to technicians to maintain exceptional service standards.

    • Key Responsibilities :

  • Coordinate and schedule field service technicians based on demand and geography
  • Serve as the liaison between field teams and customers for scheduling and updates
  • Track service calls, parts, and job completion timelines
  • Maintain accurate records in the service management system
  • Support compliance with safety and service quality protocols Qualifications :
  • 2+ years of experience in service coordination, dispatch, or a related role
  • Excellent multitasking and communication skills
  • Strong proficiency with scheduling and CRM software
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment
