Job Description\n

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Pediatric ICU night shift position requiring a current CA RN license and prior travel assignment experience.

\n \n Responsibilities\n

  • Work in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) of a hospital
  • Night shifts, three 11.5-hour shifts per week (19 : 00 to 07 : 30)
  • Thirteen-week contract assignment
  • Care for critical pediatric patients in an intensive setting
  • Responsibilities include providing specialized care to critically ill pediatric patients
  • Time off (RTO) must be approved by the facility
  • No specific EMR or charting experience is required
  • Facility does not accept local candidates
  • A background check must be completed and approved prior to offer

  • Active CA RN license required at the time of consideration
  • Minimum of 2 years of PICU RN experience required
  • Must have completed at least one previous travel assignment
  • Two professional references from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director required
  • Candidates must reside at least 100 miles from the facility
  • Current certifications required for RNs as per state and unit standard
