Product Manager

Job Description :

The client embarked on a new Web Inification Project 2 years ago. At that time, it had 62 markets acrosss 5 regions and 160 different websites and each ,market acted independently with their own tech stack, processes and content. The client is looking to move all markets onto AEM with a ratio of 70% centralized content and 30% local.

This role will support that effort.

Strategic Roadmapping - Partner with Group Product Lead (Me) to define, prioritize, and communicate WebU's (AEM CMS lead Website unification project) multi-phase roadmap aligned to business growth targets

Cross-Functional Alignment - Collaborate across product, design, engineering, regional teams, and agency partners to ensure cohesion in digital experience delivery.

Feature Scaling & Reuse - Oversee scalable implementation of Ecommerce and various content type for Web with AEM governance policies

Backlog Ownership - Lead backlog prioritization using data-driven frameworks (e.g., Impact vs. Effort), ensuring timely delivery of high-value features and bug resolutions.

Ops Model Implementation - Stand up and evolve the WebU operating and post-launch maintenance model including roles, workflows, SLAs, and escalation paths .

Performance Optimization - Partner with analytics and SEO teams to improve load speed, accessibility, engagement metrics, and conversion pathways .

Most IMP : Stakeholder Communication - Craft compelling consultant level strategy and status decks for leadership, helping socialize value realization, manage Product Board insights, and roadmap shifts.

The pay range for this position is $65.00 - $70.00 / hr.
