Overview
Payrate : $45.00 - $50.00 / hr. This role supports the Education and Creative Services team within Operations Risk and Compliance (ORC). The designer produces digital and AV assets used across Worldwide Operations, including demonstration and training videos, infographics and visual guides, newsletter graphics and templates, internal communications and marketing collateral, eLearning assets and PowerPoint-based content. The scope includes both production and creative ownership, from ideation and storyboarding through to final delivery. Future projects may expand to illustration- and animation-heavy work once SME dependencies are resolved.
Technical Stack
Adobe Creative Cloud : Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects or Final Cut Pro
Microsoft Office Suite : PowerPoint, Word
Digital production tools : templates, visual design systems
Must-Have Skills
6+ years of visual design and video production experience
Strong graphic design, illustration, and layout skills
Ability to create assets across digital, print, and multimedia formats
Proficiency with : Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro
An online portfolio showcasing mixed media work
Experience creating : video content, infographics, email or presentation graphics, templates for internal use, ability to manage end-to-end creative workflows
Preferred Skills
Strong collaborator who works well with cross‑functional teams, positive attitude and openness to feedback
Comfortable working in ambiguous environments, strong time management and multitasking abilities
High attention to detail and quality, self‑starter who can manage own workload with minimal direction
Ability to communicate visually and verbally with non‑design stakeholders
Pay Transparency
The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is $45.00 - $50.00 / hour. Non‑exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience.
