The Sustainment Transformation team is seeking a highly skilled System Engineering candidate with an interest in learning new technologies to support the Model Based Sustainment Agile Team.
The position involves working in a dynamic environment documenting system requirements and supporting the full system development lifecycle (design, build, integration, test, user buy-off, and training). You will develop and maintain complex system models using various modeling tools, languages, and frameworks like SysML and UAF; and will collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate system models.
Specific responsibilities of this role include :
- Work in a MBSE modeling environment to ensure accurate system representations and behavior.
- Develop model-based Systems Engineering (MBSE) models using Cameo that includes development of Use Cases, activity diagrams, and sequence diagrams.
- Develop system model management approaches and concepts as well as implementing model analysis and execution.
- Develop systems flows and architectures to execute validations and simulations.
- Developing or utilizing systems models or simulations to perform analysis functions, such as System trade studies, Requirements decomposition and allocation, System design and Performance predictions.
- Developed guides and training material for incoming programs and modelers.
- Participate in Product Testing.
- Support agile user story creation. Participate in Agile Ceremonies.
- Perform Product Demonstrations for Key Stakeholders.

Basic Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in an engineering discipline or related technical skills and experience.Experience with MBSE tools and processes.Self-driven, curious, and committed to outperform.Understanding of systems engineering principles.Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.Desired Skills :
