Lunch Front of House (Cashier / Drive Thru) Team Member

Pay Type : From $13.00 - $16.00 / hr

Position Type :

Part-Time, 20-35 hours per week, availability 5 weekdays $14.00 - $15.00 / hr

Minimum : Lunch shifts (11 : 00 AM - 4 : 00 PM) Monday - Friday throughout the year

Full-Time, 40 hours per week - $16.00 / hr

Lunch shifts (11 : 00 AM - 7 : 00 PM) Monday - Friday throughout the year

Requirements :

Must be 16+

Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds, and stand for up to 8 hours

Must be comfortable using a cash register

Ability to multitask

Ability to work at a quick, yet efficient and thorough pace

Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members

Customer Service-Oriented

Responsibilities :

Positive and serving attitude with a warm personality

Use our CORE 4 model to serve drive thru guests : eye contact, smile, speak enthusiastically, stay connected

Greeting and serving guests with enthusiasm, courtesy, and hospitality

Operating the register and iPads at the drive thru

Look for opportunities to stock or clean when not serving a customer

Taking orders with speed and accuracy at the drive thru

Learn all positions, including headset and order taking, monitor or bagging, and window

Checking for product quality and consistency

Assist leadership in executing opening or closing procedures

Demonstrate knowledge of the brand and menu items
