Manufacturing Engineering Manager

POSITION SUMMARY

The Manufacturing Engineering Manager will lead the engineering function for a $300M / year, three-plant campus supporting 5-8 diverse product lines (Rhino, Armadillo, Hippo, V-Bank, CCDU, Mega Stack, Low Voltage, BPHE). This role is responsible for driving manufacturing excellence through process design, continuous improvement, and capital execution while managing a team of up to three Manufacturing Engineers.

The ideal candidate is both a hands-on technical leader and a people manager who can balance day-to-day problem-solving with long-term strategy to increase safety, quality, delivery, and productivity across the campus.

RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES

Leadership & Team Management

• Lead and develop a team of up to 3 Manufacturing Engineers, setting priorities and ensuring alignment with campus goals.
• Build a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Provide technical coaching and career development support to the engineering team.
