Associate Director, Enterprise Marketing Partnerships

Duration : 12+ months Location : East Hanover, NJ 07936 3 Days in the office and 2 days remote Pay rate - $67 / hr - $86.84 / hr Supporting the Director of Enterprise Marketing Partnerships Position Overview The Associate Director (AD), Enterprise Marketing Partnerships will play a key role in the development and execution of strategic partnerships that align with our company's goals and objectives. This position requires a proactive, results-driven individual with a strong background in marketing and partnership development.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and implement strategic partnership initiatives
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and pursue new partnership opportunities
  • Manage and nurture relationships with key partners
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the marketing partnerships team
  • Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify potential partnership opportunities
  • Create and deliver compelling partnership proposals and presentations

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing and partnership development
  • Proven track record of successful partnership development and management
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
