What You'll Be Doing :
Inspect Guest Rooms and Suites
- Conduct detailed inspections of cleaned guest rooms to ensure compliance with Renaissance brand and cleanliness standards
- Ensure all in-room amenities, linens, furnishings, and surfaces are properly placed and spotless before releasing rooms for occupancy
Support and Guide Housekeeping Team Members
Provide feedback and retraining when rooms do not meet standardsAssist housekeepers with room turnovers when necessary and help prioritize tasks during high-occupancy periodsServe as a positive role model by maintaining high standards and a strong work ethicMaintain Quality and Efficiency
Track and report inspection results, deficiencies, and recurring issues to housekeeping leadershipCommunicate with front desk and maintenance to coordinate timely room readinessEnsure all safety protocols, brand procedures, and company policies are followedLead with Professionalism and Care
Build a respectful and supportive environment that promotes teamwork and accountabilityHandle guest inquiries or complaints with professionalism and urgency when encountered during inspectionsWhat You Bring to the Team :
High school diploma or equivalentPrior experience in housekeeping, with at least 1 year in a leadership or room inspection role preferredStrong attention to detail and knowledge of quality cleaning standardsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to multitask, stay organized, and lead by exampleComfortable using inspection checklists, radios, and tracking systemsFlexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varied shiftsWhy You'll Love Working With Us :
