English Rose is seeking a  PT / FT Caregiver  - to join our team to provide care & engagement with our residents.  Our staff to resident ratio is 1 :

  • 3 in our homes so you can focus on providing exceptional care and build those relationships with your residents.  It's the very reason you decided to become a caregiver, isn't it?

Wage Range :

  • $17 - $ 24  per hour based on experience, certification & expertise.    Shift times : 6a-2p, 2p-10p, 10p-6a (every other weekend required).

    • Required Qualifications :

  • Relationship focused compassionate caregiver (HHA, Resident Assistant, PCA, CNA) Passion for leading engaging activities with residents to ensure their holistic well-being Able to pass the MDH background check & tuberculosis screening Lift a minimum of 50 pounds and be on your feet for majority of your shift Strong verbal and written communication skills (English) Professional and positive attitude Cooking & cleaning experience (preferred) Valid Drivers License (preferred) Dementia Care experience a plus (but not required) Primary Responsibilities of our Resident Assistants :   Provide direct care to Residents with dementia and complex medical conditions.
  • Support Residents by preparing meals, distributing medication, housekeeping and laundry services, Follow programming plans to provide meaningful engagement for the enrichment of our residents lives.
