Title : Maintenance Technician - Machine Repair

Location : Muskegon, MI

Salary : $30-35 / hr + $0.35 shift premium

Requirements : Experience repairing hydraulic and pneumatic machines

What You Will Be Doing

• Responsible for trouble shooting, maintenance and repair of hydraulically and pneumatically operated machine
• Rebuild pneumatic cylinders and valves
• Rebuild hydraulic pumps, cylinders, and valves
• Perform non-electrical maintenance on air compressors
• Maintain wells, water pumps, and emission systems
• Troubleshoot and maintain ACS units
• Handle pipefitting tasks as needed
• Maintain and troubleshoot various plant equipment to ensure continuous operation
• Maintain robots and gas systems used for flame hardening
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and hydraulic diagrams
• Adhere to TS 16949 work instructions
