Schedule : 3 days in office, 2 days remote - Hybrid

Annual Salary : $85,000 - $100,000

Key Responsibilities :

The Senior Accountant will play a critical role in the financial operations of the organization, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and strategic insight.

Execute month-end close procedures, including preparation of journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations

Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements and reports

Manage revenue recognition processes in accordance with applicable standards

Support supplier onboarding and maintain ongoing vendor communications

Assist in the development and monitoring of budgets and forecasts

Provide financial insights and reporting directly to the Director of Finance

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline

CPA designation or active progress toward CPA certification is a huge plus

2-5 years of full-cycle accounting experience

Prior experience in a small CPA firm or Big 4 public accounting environment is preferred

Proficiency with financial systems such as NetSuite, SAP, Business Central, Power BI, SQL, Hyperion, or Python is advantageous
