JOB DESCRIPTION :

Our Commercial Construction Estimator will be responsible for estimating projects of various sizes and types within the industrial, office, education, and healthcare industries. Project sizes range from $10,000 up to $20 million. This person will largely support the design / build manager by providing estimates for schematic, design development and permit level drawings.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Provide accurate budgets for projects in the conceptual, schematic, design development and construction documents level of a project design.
• Provide hard bid, competitive estimating for plan and spec projects.
• Assist service department with estimates on smaller projects with line-item budgets
• Provide value engineering analysis
• Be able to handle multiple estimates at one time.
• Present estimates and budgets to customers, providing backup documentation as needed
• Work with designers, subcontractors, vendors, and internal associates as needed.
