A company is looking for a Communication Center Representative.
Key Responsibilities
Contact provider offices to request copies of medical records
Identify and coordinate the retrieval method and scheduling of record retrieval
Enter and maintain records into the in-house computer application to document and track record retrievals
Required Qualifications
Previous call center sales or collections experience, preferably in a healthcare environment
Knowledge and training in accurate data entry and office procedures
Understanding of HIPAA regulations
Must have reliable high-speed internet and own computer equipment
High School diploma or equivalency required
