Your new role

As the VDC Manager, you’ll be the go-to expert for virtual design and construction on active projects in the Tampa region. You’ll lead coordination efforts across trades, run clash detection meetings, and ensure that design and field teams are aligned through every phase of construction. This is a hands-on role where your technical expertise will directly impact project delivery and team performance.

What you'll need to succeed

• Immediate proficiency in Clash Detection and Coordination using Navisworks
• Experience managing coordination issues within Procore
• Ability to step into an active project and start contributing from day one
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
• Prior experience in commercial construction, ideally with a general contractor or design-build firm
• Familiarity with BIM / VDC tools such as Revit, AutoCAD, and BIM 360 is a plus.
