Based in sunny Southern California, our Retail Support Center (RSC) is the heart of our corporate operations, dedicated to supporting both our retail and online stores. The RSC is where strategy meets execution. From trend forecasting to tech innovation, our teams work together to bring the Tillys experience to life both in-store and online.

Position Summary

The Sr. Project Manager will lead multiple cross-functional technology and business projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. This role drives the full project lifecycle from planning to execution while improving processes, managing risks, and partnering with teams across IT, Operations, and other departments to achieve company goals in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

A typical day may include :

• Manager and deliver multiple projects at any given time with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Develop and lead a detailed project timeline and work plan.
• Defining new process and workflows that improve efficiency of Delivery team, utilize previous project management experience and adjust process according to company needs and structure.
• Own full project life cycle : define, manage, and execute project activities including adherence to delivery schedules, stakeholder, scope and risk management, budget control, and critical path scheduling.
• The ability to present to all levels within the company and work with both technical and non-technical individuals, as this role is immersed within cross-functional teams.
• Maintain / balance schedule to deliver requested projects on time and prioritize based on business goals.
• Organize and efficient multitaskers with excellent time management skills.
• Adheres to best practice project management methodology and PMO standards.
• Communicate project results, landmarks, risks, and dependencies to collaborators in a timely manner.
• Proactive engagement with partners and task owners to ensure efficient project completion.
• Status reporting to track project progress against goals, objectives, and timelines.

Compensation

Annual Range : $125K-$135K

Final offer will be based on experience, skills, and qualifications.

What to Expect

Schedule : Full-time role with weekday office hours; occasional evening or weekend work may be required during peak retail seasons. Work Location : Irvine, CA minimum of 4 days per week in-office.
