Aspen Waste Systems of Minnesota is a privately-owned, growing company providing waste and recycling collection services for commercial and residential customers in the Minneapolis / St. Paul metropolitan area. Aspen Waste Systems of Minnesota is currently accepting applications from career-minded individuals to join our administrative team as a Customer Service Representative / Data Entry Specialist. This position offers qualified candidates the opportunity to join a dedicated staff that performs important work processes for Aspen's Minnesota hauling operation. Starting pay range is $20.00 - $24.00 / hour.

Essential duties and responsibilities Aspen's Customer Service Representative / Data Entry Specialist ensures superior customer service to new and existing customers. This position provides a variety of administrative support duties for the hauling operations. Handles a large volume of incoming calls and addresses the customer inquiry in an efficient and professional manner. Manage all customer service requests for Residential and Commercial customers. Troubleshoots and resolves potential issues before they result in service issues. Accurate and timely data entry. Input customer and account data and verify from source documents within time limits. Customer account maintenance as required. Completion of other business processes.

Qualifications High School Diploma required. Post secondary education is preferred. Excellent telephone skills Proficient in the use of a PC with the ability to learn unique software applications. Ability to recognize problems and resolve them successfully. Ability to multi-task with conflicting requirements and deadlines Strong problem-solving skills Ability to think independently and handle customer inquiries efficiently and Professionally A knack for learning quickly on the job Successful experience in the service industry with a passion for building customer loyalty is strongly preferred.
