As the Clinic Director, you will :

  • Lead clinic operations and provide direct patient care.
  • Mentor and develop staff to ensure high-quality physical therapy services.
  • Manage budgets, schedules, and community outreach to enhance clinic performance.

  • Delivering exceptional patient care while overseeing clinic operations.
  • Leading, mentoring, and developing a high-performing, patient-focused team.

  • Expanding clinic visibility through community outreach and marketing initiatives.

    • Qualifications

    We’re looking for someone who has :

  • A Doctorate in Physical Therapy.
  • Licensure as a Physical Therapist in good standing in Rhode Island.
  • Proven leadership experience in a clinical setting (preferred).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and web-based EMR systems.
