Family Nurse Practitioner

We’re seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to provide high-quality care at an onsite clinic serving Mohawk Industries employees and their families. This is a short-term coverage opportunity for leave / PTO, with a strong focus on primary care and some urgent care services.

Location : Onsite clinic supporting employees and dependents of Mohawk Industries

Assignment Type : Temporary (3 months), with potential for extension

Start Date : ASAP

Schedule : Up to 36 hours / week — 12-hour shifts (6 AM to 6 PM), Monday to Friday. Flexible days based on clinic needs.

Training : 2 weeks, Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM

Key Responsibilities

Deliver comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages

Address urgent care needs as they arise

Collaborate with clinic staff to ensure continuity of care

Maintain accurate and timely documentation

Qualifications

Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)

Active DEA license

Minimum 3 years of experience as a CRNP in a primary care setting

Bilingual (English / Spanish) is a plus
