Essential Functions

  • Models the values and guiding principles of our dealership;
  • Diagnose and communicate vehicle needs to customer;
  • Create detailed vehicle work-order, and assign to Service Technician;
  • Maintain communication with customer to relay status of work;
  • Process through completion all warranty, and repair orders;
  • Maintain accuracy of all job-related service records;
  • Support, promote, and get involved in the Help Sell, and Motorcycle Referral, Programs;
  • Act as an Ambassador for the dealership, and the Harley-Davidson brand.

Job Specifications

Physical and Mental Demands :

  • Frequently moves around the service area, and other parts of the dealership for >
  • 75% of the shift;
  • Frequently moves motorcycles weighing greater than 500 to over 950 lbs.;
  • Occasionally lift objects that weigh >
  • than 50lbs.;
  • Occasionally work more than 8-hours per day, and on the weekends;
  • Frequently operate computer, or other office equipment.
  • Working Conditions :

  • Constantly exposed to loud noises, fumes, and other toxic chemicals.
  • Position Requirements :

  • Proven experience in services sales in automotive or power-sports dealership.  High school diploma, or equivalent;
  • Superior communication and customer service skills;
  • Maintain technical knowledge and qualifications by keeping current in factory-training programs;
  • Maintain a valid driver license with motorcycle endorsement, and clean driving record.
