Blackstone Talent Group, an award-winning technology consulting and talent agency, is seeking a Property Specialist to join our client's team. The Property Specialist supports the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) on the Integrated Research and Development for Enterprise Solutions (IRES) contract. The candidate will :

• Support the Site Lead through Property Management requirements and logistics requirements. The area of responsibility is COS or HSV and the regional facilities.
• Ensure proper development of all property outcomes, emphasizing materials management, data integrity, physical inventory, and customer support operations for property management.
• Support the Self-Assessment Team in the performance of internal reviews, audits, and reviews.
• Concentrate on performing internal audit requirements for data mining, data review, data comparison, and data corrections, both physical and electronic.
• Accomplish records reviews, updates, provide corrections, recommendations for process improvement, and review processes. Strong data skills and understanding of or ability to learn requirements as outlined in specific regulations and processes.
• Execute records management and updates to the Configuration Management Database (CMDB).
• This diverse position requires the candidate to support all areas of responsibility under all property outcomes at a high level, as assigned.
