Location : Jacksonville, FL (relocation assistance available)

Compensation : $115,000 - $150,000 annually, plus full benefits

A nationally recognized leader in design-build construction , specializing in large-scale Department of Defense (DoD) and federal projects is seeking a Design Project Manager (DPM) to lead and manage all phases of building and structure design projects, from planning through delivery. This is a key leadership role within our Architecture Department, reporting directly to the Director of Architecture and overseeing a team of Project Architects, Architects, and Junior Architects.

What You’ll Do :

• Lead multidisciplinary design teams through all project phases.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and deliverables for federal and military facilities.
• Oversee production of drawings, documentation, and specifications using Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other design tools.
• Coordinate with consultants, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure design excellence.
• Drive compliance with DoD, UFC, and federal building standards .
