Looking for a licensed Journeyman Plumber skilled in commercial construction. Must be proficient in commercial plumbing for tenant build-out, new construction / tenant improvement / service, and other ground up projects including restaurants, retail, corporate offices, medical facilities, and much more. Lead a team and perform all duties for all stages of the jobs from the ground up.
Responsibilities :
- Commercial plumbing installation from Building stack out to multi-story building plumbing and large mechanical rooms.
- Read and interpret plans and building specifications.
- Use of copper, cast Iron, PVC, CPVC, PEX, and other piping.
- Install grease traps, oil interceptors, lint interceptors, and all utility hookups.
- Install water, gas, sewer, and grease lines.
- Set all fixtures and plumbing per plans.
- Involve cutting, threading, fitting pipes, valves, and caulking.
- Will occasionally be on call.
Qualifications :
4+ years of commercial plumbing experience such as corporate offices, dining establishments, educational institutions, and federal contracts.Must be a Texas licensed Journeyman plumber.Ability to read plans and shop drawings.Must know ADA plumbing dimensions.Possesses hand tools and trade-specific tools.Ability to direct the work of a helper or apprentice.Able to work from ladders and lifts from various heights.Ability to operate machinery such as mini excavator, tamp, skid steer, scissor lift, and other equipment as needed.Ability to pass background screening, MVR, and drug screening.Benefits :
