Key Responsibilities
Lead development of the organization's narrative goals and editorial agenda
Direct content strategy and manage editorial systems to ensure brand integrity
Oversee the branding and execution of external events and support fundraising efforts
Required Qualifications
10-15 years of professional experience in editorial or communications roles, with at least 3 years in senior-level positions
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
Experience in nonprofit leadership, policy, or legal advocacy is a strong plus
At least 3 years of experience managing teams and developing talent
Proven ability to build and lead editorial systems and workflows
